PDF is our preferred file format. Native files (i.e. Word, Publisher, InDesign) may be subject to pre-flight charges. Any requested changes to text or layout will be billed at our normal rates, so please proof read your file carefully
For your protection, we will not begin a project without an approved Confirmation and will not move forward without an approved proof.
